National Youth Agency: Two surveys for October

The National Youth Agency is running two surveys throughout October.

"In work, better off" is a survey designed to help The Department for Work and Pensions understand how young people (aged 12-16) in single parent families feel about their parent going to work. Take part in the consultation at www.youthinformation.com/yourvoice.

The Rural Youth Network in partnership with The NYA is carrying out a survey to find out how well the local offer of positive activities has been developed and rolled out in rural communities. It is hoped the survey will provide a clear picture of what the barriers and successes have been and whether or not the local offer is starting to have an impact on the take-up of positive activities by young people in rural England.
