NATIONAL YOUTH AGENCY: Summer rural youth work conference

Alongside key inputs from Tom Wylie, Chief Executive of The NYA and the Rt Hon Alun Michael MP, Minister of State (Rural Affairs and Urban Quality of Life), a series of workshops on the themes of action research, housing, transport, employment and training and democracy have been organised.

The conference, 'Social Inclusion and Rural Young People - What needs to be done to enable young people to be included in rural communities?', takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday, 1-2 July at the Palace Hotel, Buxton, Derbyshire.
