I took part in the charity's Get into Hospitality programme, a four-week employability course run in partnership with Costa Coffee. It helped me to see my potential and gave me purpose and put me in the mindset of thinking that I could achieve something. I developed a lot of skills and during my work placement the manager was so impressed that he offered me employment before the course had even finished.
