GLA member Diana Johnson, who will lead the Children and Young People's Strategy Investigative Committee, said: "We will involve young people in the committee as I would like to see how they feel about whether they can really make a contribution, especially disabled children and those in care.
"However, it is early days yet, and we will be getting our response ready by the time the consultation period comes to an end in the summer."
