I have just been selected to play for England in the Homeless World Cup.

My support and development worker at Centrepoint told me about it. There are some great players and it was a tough assessment process where they test things like your attitude as well as your fitness and skill. But I have been working hard training four days a week. I feel so proud that I was selected.

Football is my life - I have always wanted a career in football and have worked hard at finding a way to do it, on and off the pitch. Centrepoint gave me the stability and focus to be able to study sports science, which is something I have always wanted to do. Now I have made the squad I hope this will be a platform to be signed to another team. I can't believe I am going to be playing in Australia in December.
