As part of the campaign, candlelight vigils are held worldwide, usually at courts or government buildings. Campaign organisers believe it should be for a parent who feels shared residence is not in a particular child's interests to prove the case in court, rather than for the other parent to prove why they should have shared residence.
We're keen to extend the campaign to cover other children's rights issues, such as respect for culture or beliefs, and welcome participation from Black and minority ethnic, religious or disabilities groups. For details, contact Both Parents Forever, 39 Cloonmore Avenue, Orpington, BR6 9LE.
