Scope is not surprised the report from the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit Improving the Life of Disabled People says that getting children's services is a postcode lottery. Disabled people, parents and carers tell us this on a daily basis (Editorial, 23-29 June).

Concerns that a modern society in the 21st century still cannot deliver such services propelled Scope last month to launch it's Time to Get Equal campaign.
