Letter: Awards for anti-bullying pupils

1 min read
Do you have any outstanding and inspirational young people in your school who have tackled bullying? We are urging teachers across the UK to nominate pupils for the Diana Anti-Bullying Award by Friday 27 May.

This new addition to the Diana Award, set up in partnership with the Anti-Bullying Alliance, is open to all primary and secondary schools. Schools can nominate up to six individuals or a group up to 30.

Young people presented with the Diana Anti-Bullying Award will receive a certificate to mark their achievement.

Bullying is a part of life for far too many children. Many young people are now doing some amazing work to tackle bullying and we would like to recognise their achievements.

Pupils can also be put forward for the existing Diana Award. Since 1999, more than 8,000 pupils from 1,800 schools across the UK have received a Diana Award.
