Northern Ireland's education minister Caitriona Ruane has announced Social Democratic and Labour Party councillor James Cavanagh as a new board member for the Southern Education and Library Board.
The Dungannon councillor joins as a local council nominee. The board functions as the local authority for education, youth and library services for several district councils.
