The London-based charity has won contracts to run the island's secure unit, adolescent unit and Priory House after a tendering process.
Its gain has been at the expense of Nugent Care, Priory Care and NCH, which have all lost their contracts.
Nugent Care ran the Leece Lodge Two care home, where Peter Newbery murdered two 16-year-olds in 2002 (News, 25 February). But Trevor Noden, assistant director of social services for the Isle of Man, said the murders weren't taken into consideration during the tender.
He said St Christopher's Fellowship had impressed the review team because "they seemed driven by the needs of children rather than the need for profits".
