Hackney Youth Offending Team was subject to a follow-up to a review that had taken place alongside the Joint Area Review of all services for young people. The inspectors noted "significant work had been undertaken to address the position of the team".
Wakefield was described as "well performing", and Haringey as "well placed to address the issues raised by this inspection".
