The story of Dylan the villain and Mary the fairy may sound like a pantomime, but the drama contains a hard-hitting message for policymakers - it takes more than a magic green paper to turn young people's lives around.

The play was performed recently by a group of young people from NCH at a conference on youth participation.

Mark Benson, national participation development manager at the charity, says: "It went down a storm. The issues raised were thought-provoking, and caused people to go away and think about what they do and how they do it."
