Staff from IBM visited the headquarters of UK Youth at Avon Tyrrell Activity Centre last month after the success of previous visits.
Two teams cleared a path for disabled people. Another team put up fence posts for the environment garden, where a further team laid topsoil, turf and bark on the path for disabled people.
The centre is used by young people, many of whom are from disadvantaged backgrounds.
