Help from ... RD4U

RD4U, a web site developed by the Youth Involvement Project at national charity Cruse Bereavement, aims to support young people after the death of someone close to them.

In its personal section, it offers a range of advice to help young people cope. Timeline features the experiences of different people and how they feel at various stages after a death. Send a Message acts as a medium for young people to express feelings that they wish they'd expressed before the death. The Add Your Experience section of the site encourages young people to share their emotions with others.

RD4U has also added a Lads Only section after noticing how few were writing on its message board. The site features contact numbers for the Youth Involvement Project and Cruse Bereavement's helpline.
