Maddie Blackburn, head of children's strategy at the commission, saidthe NHS had not done enough in the past for children's services.
"Children have not always been top of the agenda," she told delegates atChildren Now's joint commissioning conference. "For children in healththere were very few key targets the NHS had to comply with in terms ofcommissioning. Children didn't always get the priority they need. We aretrying to make sure NHS trusts account for their children's serviceswhen working in partnership. If you don't think they are doing itproperly, you need to let us know."
