Health: Pilot sites named by department

The Life Check will be a voluntary online self-assessment lifestyle questionnaire for 11- to 14-year-olds to help them think about their lifestyle and behaviour. A spokesperson for the Department of Health said a prototype is being developed.

From November the two-year pilots will run at the Parallel Young Person's Centre in Bolton (YPN, 12-18 October 2005, p14); the CHYPS Centre in Hackney; health drop-ins in every high school and a mobile bus service in Northumberland; and in extended schools in Portsmouth.
