Stockton-on-Tees - 46.2 conceptions per 1,000 girls aged 15-17 in 2005. (41.1 in England)

Luton - 41.5 conceptions per 1,000 girls aged 15-17 in 2005. (41.1 in England)

Devon - 30.3 conceptions per 1,000 girls aged 15-17 in 2005. (41.1 in England)

Since 1998 the teenage conception rate in Devon has dropped by eight per cent, compared to a fall of 11.8 per cent across England as a whole. In Stockton-on-Tees the rate fell by 4.4 per cent over the same period. In Luton, the teenage conception rate dropped by 3.8 per cent between 1998 and 2005.
