Young people at risk of disengagement, disabled people and ethnic minorities are among the "hard-to-reach" groups being targeted by a 6.5m outdoor recreation programme to encourage Welsh people to make the most of the countryside. The four-year Mentro Allan, or Venture Out, programme will fund around 15 projects thanks to cash from the Big Lottery Fund.
