It won recognition after introducing a range of activities designed toget the children to eat healthier foods and become more active. Theseactivities included a breakfast club, a free fruit scheme for four- tosix-year-olds, activities with Brentford Football Club and an Indiandance club. Head teacher Kate Bailey said: "We achieved the award notonly because of our high standards and expectations, but also as aresult of our partnerships with parents and other organisations."
