Local authority directors of children's services and directors ofchildren and learners have been invited to attend the events takingplace this month.
The Improvement and Development Agency is also backing Friedman. "He hasa lot to offer, not least because he has a simple approach thatresonates with parents, children, communities and policy shapers," saidstrategic adviser Andrew Cozens. "At the heart of it is a very simplereport card on what the position is and how to change it."
