Ethnic Minorities: Foundation creates school guidelines

The guidance is being developed by the From Boyhood to Manhood Foundation and will be available online from the middle of next year. The charity is requesting donations from groups and schools that use the materials.

Uanu Seshmi, director of the foundation, said: "Many schools don't want to admit that they don't know how to deal with young ethnic minorities. The framework is based on our experience of working with these young people."

The guidance covers nine aspects of a project.
