The building, which will be constructed out of straw bales, used car tyres and wood from sustainable sources, will be used to educate young people about the environment.
UK Youth will shortly submit a planning application for the classroom, which will be powered by solar panels, to the New Forest National Park Authority.
UK Youth is aiming to begin construction in August and the opening is scheduled for the end of September.
Hampshire County Council has pledged 6,000 towards the cost of the scheme. UK Youth has submitted bids for the remaining 34,000 to a range of other funders, though it is yet to be informed of any decisions.
