Education: Rathbone looks into drop-out rates

The work kicked off yesterday (3 July), and aims to find out why about 200,000 young people aged 16 to 18 in England and Wales enter the not in education, employment or training (Neet) group each year.

Richard Williams, chief executive of Rathbone, said: "On the ground there is no coherent sense of strategy about how to engage disengaged young people."
