C4EO and the Early Childhood Unit at the National Children’s Bureau are leading the Department for Education-funded programme, which provides peer-to-peer support for managers, commissioners and voluntary organisations.
Six months on from the programme’s launch, those interested in improving aspects of their provision have developed assignments to help with a range of challenges, such as managing change following departmental restructures and implementing the Early Year Foundation Stage (EYFS) to achieve the best results.

We have had a mixture of people interested in the programme from those who are looking at a strategic level to managers who are managing clusters of settings.
