Daily roundup: Youth sport, restraint and trainee benefits

Youth participation in sport is at a five-year low, a care home has been taken to task over restraint and HMRC says young trainees will not lose their benefits, all in the news today.

The number of children playing sport has fallen to their lowest level for five years.
