Case name: A v SM & Anor; Case number: [2012] EWHC 435 (Fam); Judge Baker J; Location: High Court of Justice (Family Division)

The case was brought by "A", daughter of the first and second respondents. A made an application for a forced marriage protection order under Part 4A of the Family Law Act 1996 for herself and her
six younger siblings. A (aged 20) travelled with her parents (the first and second respondents), her sister B and their five siblings to Bangladesh.
