Connexions holds web workshops

Youth Work
Connexions services in Cheshire and Warrington held a number of workshops last month designed to educate young people about staying safe online.

Youth workers and Connexions personal advisers ran the events in Connexions centres and youth clubs as part of the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre's Think U Know campaign.

Steve Hoy, chief executive for Connexions Cheshire and Warrington, said: "Connexions takes its commitment to internet safety very seriously and continually reassesses the measures we have in place to ensure young people are safe online."
