A Connexions spokesperson said: "In order for Connexions' promise to be dynamic, Connexions Norfolk is revisiting the contract with NCS. The board meets on 13 October."
Jonathan Dunning, Unison's Norfolk branch secretary, said: "Business issues between Connexions and NCS should be resolved transparently, so staff know what's happening."
According to an NCS spokesperson, its contract is due to end in August 2004.
