Children's trusts: Youth work offers a good blueprint

Around 80 principal youth officers attended the two-day spring conference of the Association of Principal Youth and Community Officers (APYCO).

Tom Wylie, chief executive of The National Youth Agency, said: "Jeffery emphasised that the methods and relationships youth workers have with young people are exactly the approaches the Government feels is needed in children's trusts."
