Children's Services: Pugh plans move into consultancy

Gillian Pugh, who has just retired as chief executive of the Coram Family, is to move into consultancy in children's services for local authorities.

Pugh, who also plans to write a history of the charity, said she wanted to help councils implement the Every Child Matters agenda. She has also begun a role as a board member of the Children's Workforce Development Council, in her capacity as trustee for the National Family and Parenting Institute.
