Youth Work Participation
I chose the apprenticeship route as it offers the opportunity to work with support from a company. It also gives me an added incentive to perform well and work hard, as it enables me to come out of the apprenticeship and become employed immediately.

I really enjoy the course. Moreover, I am studying computing, a subject I am passionate about. It offers the chance to learn new skills, putting what I have learned into writing assignments, and then putting my new-found knowledge into practice in the workplace.

I hope I can develop in the role they give me and build a career and long-lasting relationship with them. I hope to become a valued employee who can be an asset to TRW's support department.

Charlie is on a four-year apprenticeship programme with TRW Automotive and Solihull College
