I came to Rathbone Training in September 2015 after trying a course at another local college that wasn't right for me.

I'm studying health and social care and I've also gained qualifications in English and maths.

My dream job is to become a youth offending team worker because I think it's really important to help people who have become involved in crime to turn their life around while they are still young.

I enjoy participating in learner forum sessions because it is an opportunity to share your opinions, which are then fed back to the senior managers so you feel like your views are making a difference.

We do different topics each time and we've recently been talking about British values. I was lucky enough to be chosen as a youth ambassador and attended Rathbone Training's National Youth conference in September where we also did work on this subject.
