Cambridge Particip8 project meets up with police

Youth Work
Young people from the Particip8 project in Cambridge have met with police to discuss the way they work.

The project, which is run by learning difficulties charity Speaking Up and funded by volunteering charity v, is aimed at young people aged 16- 25 with disabilities, learning difficulties or mental health problems in Cambridgeshire. Project members set up meetings every two months where they meet professionals to give them their ideas and opinions on issues that are important to them.
