The Department of Health has introduced a questionnaire to get the public's views on how best to improve national health.

I feel a little off this morning. Hmmm, difficult to make a diagnosis based on "a little off".

Well, I feel like a rodent has vacated its favourite sewer and is nesting in my small intestine. You mean you ate too much last night.

And my tongue has grown fur. Too much tobacco, too much alcohol. Time to do something drastic. To cheer yourself up and pile on the guilt at the same time, you could respond to the latest public-health consultation paper.
