The three-year-old strategy focuses on reaching young people through local dioceses, but for the Bishop of Willesden, Peter Broadbent, teenagers are best reached through their peers.
Over the years, the bishop has earned a reputation for being a "youth bishop" for his work in the west and northwest London boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon and Harrow.
