ARTiculation is a youth arts weekend set up by children's charity NCH to get young people interested in drama, dance and puppetry. It tries to bring them together to learn life skills and make them more confident about themselves. I've been there twice and had a good time.
We did a performance based on the Every Child Matters green paper, which has gone down well wherever we have staged it. We've performed the piece at Westminster Conference Centre, and in other places, including Cambridge and Preston.
Under the scheme, you also get to go back and become a buddy. When I went back, it was just great. I'd love to do it again.
