I've loved food and cooking from an early age, and I was really excited when I got offered the job. I've met Jamie many times and I'm learning a lot from him. He's a really nice guy; firm but fair. I'd love to open my own restaurant in 10 years' time, but, in the meantime, I'm going to buckle down and make the most of this opportunity.
