Best thing I ever did: Lhamea Lall, 16, Birmingham

1 min read

It began at secondary school. People called me names and made comments.

I had my clothes ripped, my hair pulled and I was punched and spat at.

I would tell the teachers, but they would just say ignore it. Getting up to go to school was a nightmare and I had to quit all musical activities.

But I stayed strong and pursued my music out of school. I moved to a new school, which is great, and have been accepted into music college. My motto is stay strong, stay focused and tell your parents.
