But after attending an understanding anger course, I have learned ways to stop myself from losing my temper.
My local youth worker, Zara Case, helped me find out about the course and where it was taking place. When I arrived on my first day, I was nervous but I ended up really enjoying it. We did role-plays and had many discussions, which made me see things in a different light. For the first time in my life, I started to feel guilt and regret for my actions. I was relieved to finally feel this way.
When I look back now, the course really was the best thing I ever did.
