There is one shop that sticks out among the retail chains, nail bars and charity stores on Stafford Street, at the heart of Willenhall's shopping zone. The drop-in shop run by Fibbersley Park Children's Centre in the West Midlands town is one of the three satellite venues that supplement activities at the Sure Start's main purpose-built building.

For Ofsted, these satellite operations are part of the reason why Fibbersley is an outstanding children's centre that has got 95 per cent of local families with young children to register with it and three-quarters of families from the most disadvantaged areas of town to use its services.
