Picture this. It's 6.30am. It's a freezing Monday morning. And I'm binding poetry books. That's right. Poetry books. And the worst part is that it's nobody's fault but my own.

About a month ago I had another of my brilliant-at-the-time ideas. This one was to have a go at producing a poetry book to commemorate Holocaust Memorial Day, which was last Tuesday in case you missed it. So we did some posters asking for contributions and mailed them out. I didn't do a press release for this one because I was far from certain we'd pull it off.

"Hit and miss" would be a very appropriate way to sum up the level of response we get from young people about opportunities like this. The last thing we did was a cover design competition, which attracted a grand total of four entries.
