She quotes the chair Paul Ennals on how we need to "create salad, not soup". What he means is, don't turn the new children's workforce into an indistinguishable mush, keep all the individual flavours and textures and find a way of binding the whole thing together.

Getting everyone checked in is one of the tasks I relish - people get so funny if their name badge is spelt wrong or if their hotel room is not big enough.
