What does Developing Dads involve?

Some of the work is group-based and some is one-to-one support, usually around parenting issues, and often where children are on the child-protection register and social services are involved.

What are the young men you work with like? They vary enormously in terms of their attitudes towards fatherhood and parenting in general. Some are really committed and enjoy their new responsibilities; some struggle to come to terms with the huge change. But most are just like any other young men, the only difference being that they are young fathers.
