Antisocial Behaviour: Society applauds joined-up working

An evaluation of the youth inclusion support panel (Yisp) set up by Solihull Children's Fund, a Children's Society project, concluded it had success in "preventing offending and antisocial behaviour for the majority of the young people included".

The evaluation involved a 12-month study from 2005 to 2006 of the impact of the Yisp on 11 young people aged eight to 13.

A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "The Solihull Yisp is an exemplary model of successful partnership work."
