Antisocial behaviour: Dispersal zones should be flexible

John Denham, the MP for Southampton, Itchen, argued that if zones are successful they have to close, as the police can no longer justify them, and boundaries need to be more flexible.

Tony McNulty, the minister for policing, said he would look into the issues.
