A spokeswoman from the Metropolitan Police confirmed a scheme would operate again in parts of central London (Children Now, 21-27 July 2004), and said children would only be moved on if they caused trouble.
Camden council will operate a dispersal zone, as will Richmond upon Thames, now being challenged in court by a 15-year-old boy over its dispersal zones (Children Now, 1-7 June 2005).
