Bradford Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership is funding the two-year post, which comes with a salary of up to 30,000. The co-ordinator will work across all partners to develop and deliver anti-bullying policies, and raise the profile of bullying.
Graham Walker, senior manager of Bradford Youth Service, said: "All of our youth work teams have an objective to develop and deliver initiatives to challenge bullying and discrimination. The new role will help to champion this as well as monitor all organisations on bullying."
Walker added that the youth service is about to launch a text service for young victims of bullying who will be able to inform the partnership of any problems that they may have.
