Councillors and young people in Norfolk are swapping lives as part of the Local Government Association's Local Democracy Week, which takes place from 17-23 October. Five young people - two care-leavers, two young people not in education or training and one young man with a severe disability - were given camera phones, which O2 donated. Five councillors also received phones. From the moment they woke up on Tuesday, all 10 received hourly texts asking them to take a photograph representing where they were at that moment; the photos were then put up on a web site (www.norfolklifeswap.org.uk).
