Advice and guidance: Information centre opens in Cheshire

A multi-agency advice centre for young people aged 13 to 25 years old has opened its doors in Cheshire.

Visitors to the "Hub" will be able to speak to counselling and health service providers and representatives from the local Connexions, youth service and youth offending team.

Lynne Davies, area manger for Connexions, said: "We have created an environment where young people can access information, advice and guidance on careers, sexual and general health, plus information to help them deal with any issues they are facing."

The one-stop shop also has a job vacancy board and offers the free use of an IT suite.
