Starting this month, Starbucks will be offering placements in a bid to give unemployed young people skills, confidence and work experience to get a job or secure training.
The coffee chain is also tasked with encouraging other businesses to do the same in their local communities.
Darcy Willson-Rymer, managing director of Starbucks UK and Ireland, said: "We believe in positively contributing to the communities we're a part of, and we recognise the importance of evolving with the issues facing these communities.
"Youth unemployment is one such issue and we're delighted to be working with The Prince's Trust to help make a difference."
Starbucks will also be selling copies of a book, which will feature celebrities, such as Boris Johnson and Al Pacino, and young people sharing stories about the songs that have most inspired them, to raise funds for the trust.
